The Hello Kitty maternity hospital is located in Taiwan and is made to "ease the stress of childbirth"!  It only has 30 beds so book early, lol!

You can choose between vanilla chiffon filled with fresh strawberry or mango cream, OR chocolate chiffon filled with rich chocolate ganache.  

A whole cake costs P800 (which is around $18 USD), not too bad for such adorable cakes!These are available for order by email in the Philipines.  How convenient (if you live in the Philippines that is)!

Beautiful Handmade Sanrio Figures

 
While I was in Hong Kong, I came across a store which sells handmade Sanrio figures made out of polymer clay.  These figures are created by a Japanese artist, Miyoko Kazuyo.  My favourite ones are Kuromi and Little Twin Star.  And I just heart all of the wedding ones!! Soo cute.  They would make a great wedding present!  They are a bit of pricey though...the wedding figures are being sold at about $400-$500 USD!!  I can imagine the time it takes for the artist to complete one figure.  They are soooo very cute, very detailed, and very well made!

PS. Sorry about the quality of these pic, I took them with my iPhone as my camera was out of battery!  =(
